The employers in West Region are looking to hire new people

The company managers in West Region, Romania are optimistic. They anticipate that the economy will grow stronger and will have to hire new people. The increase would be of 20%.

The latest Manpower Employment Outlook survey shows that Romanian employers anticipate a stable rate of employment for the third quarter of 2012. Most employers (64%) do not intend to make any change in the personnel structure of their companies, while one in four employers indicates an increase regarding the employment activity for the next period.

At regional level - employers in seven of the eight analyzed regions are expected to increase the employment during the third quarter, 2012. Employers in West Region report the strongest employment prospects with a Net Employment Outlook of +20%.

Employment forecast shows a moderate increase of 8 percentage points compared to the previous quarter and the employers report an increase of 4 percentage points compared to same period last year.

When comparing sectors of activity - employers in eight of the 10 industry sectors surveyed anticipate staff increases during the third quarter of 2012.
