Investment of 1 million euro for waste management system in Lipova

In the tourist area of city Lipova is currently implementing a system of waste management, worth almost 1 million euro with a contribution from European Union.
Mr. Nicolae Ioţcu, Arad County Council President, said Wednesday that the waste management system is implemented by Lipova Local Council in partnership with Păuliş, Ghioroc and Zabrani Local Councils.
The total amount of the project is 938,545 euro, EU contribution is 88% (825,920 euro) and 112,625 euro (12%) is Romanian partners contribution.
