Industrial Park of 10 million euro in Resita

The local authorities from Reşiţa and Caras-Severin county completed the rehabilitation of Ţerova Valley Industrial Area - Resita. Spread over an area of 26.2 hectares, belonging to Local Council of Resita, NOVA ŢEROVA Industrial Park Resita is fully systematized in several plots with access roads connecting them. The area is equipped with all utilities (water, sewerage, gas, electricity, telephone, internet, including road and bridge network for access to national roads 58 and 58B).
Resita City Council set the starting price for concession at 1.8 euro / sqm. The land will be leased through public tender as required by law the PHARE Program.
