Access to solar panels

Romanians can buy and use ecologic
energetic systems subsidized 90% by the state. This program is for private
persons and companies and is a multiannual program.
The Ministry subsidizes 90% of costs, but no
meore than 25,000 lei for private persons and 250,000 lei for companies.
In December 2008 will appear a guide with
all necessary data. The program is open starting from 05 January 2009.
