Timisoara will be connected on air with Singapore and China
Starting from mid-November, Maximus Air Cargo Company will operate three Antonov AN-124 planes from the Timisoara International Airport Traian Vuia.
The planes will fly to Vienna, Singapore and China. In addition to the income for Timisoara airport company, it is hoped a positive impact among the local business community.
Also, starting next spring, Timisoara airport will be the starting point for new destinations: Pisa (Italy), Frankfurt, Memmingen (Germany), Manchester (United Kingdom), Maastricht (Netherlands), Istanbul (Turkey) and Ennefidah (Tunisia). Also the frequency for at least three destinations will be doubled: Barcelona, Dusseldorf and London.
Dan Idolu, the Director of Timisoara Airport has also an important objective, to resume the Timisoara - Vienna flight.
