Summer schedule at Timisoara airport

As of Monday, March 26, Timisoara International Airport passed to the summer schedule, valid until October.

This brings significant changes to the air traffic. Carpatair Company announced time changes and that during the summer will be introduced flights also on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Carpatair's hub will operate every Tuesday starting April 2, Thursday - June 4, Saturday -31 March and Sunday from 17 July. The Carpatair airplanes will come from seven airports in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and will take off to 10 destinations in Italy and Germany.

Wizzair Company announced also the new schedule. Thus, the Barcelona, Dortmund, London and Rome flights will have departures on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday;  flights to Bergamo, Forlì, Valencia and Venice will depart every Wednesday and Sunday, and to Paris and Madrid on Monday and Friday.

Tarom will make 6 flights each day on the route Timisoara-Bucharest Henri Coanda and back.

 In the case of Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa, there will be kept the same days for the flights to Vienna and Munich.

During the summer, from May there were announced several charters. The first flight will be Timisoara-Antalya and back.
