The taxes that Timis County Council will charge this year were approved during the last meeting of the last year

Certificate of urbanism

Thus, for the urban planning certificates are required the following amounts, in urban areas: Surface to 150 m - 5 lei, between 151 and 250 sqm - 6 lei, between 251 and 500 sqm - 8 lei, from 501 to 750 square meters - 10 lei, between 751 and 1,000 m - 12 lei, over 1,000 sq m - 12 + 0.01 lei lei per sqm exceeding 1,000 sqm. The tax for rural areas is 50 percent of the tax for urban areas. For the urban planning certificate, released within five days after filing the application the fee increases by 20 percent.

Other taxes

Drilling or excavation authorization required for geotechnical studies, surveying, mining career, ballast, oil and gas wells and other exploitation - 7 lei per square meter of affected area; construction authorization for kiosks, simply stands, cabins, exhibition spaces located inland and in public spaces and for billboards, and advertising firms - 7 lei for each square meter occupied; an authorization concerning the works of connections to public water, sewerage, gas, heat, electricity, telephone and cable TV networks - 11 lei for each connection; approval certificate of the urbanism commission and of specialized structures within the county council - 13 lei /certificate; release of the street nomenclature and address certificate - 8 lei/certificate.

Copies of plans

Copies of the cadastral, topographic or other similar plans held by the County Council have the following prices: copies of cadastral and topographic plans - 42 euro / sqm plan; photocopies A4 paper - 9 lei/ pcs, A3 - 13 lei/ pcs. For plotting, the price depends on the format: A0 color - 86 lei/ pcs, black and white A0 - 27 lei/ pcs, A1 color - 58 lei/ pcs, A1 Black and white - 24 lei/ pcs, color A2 - 30 lei/ pcs, black and white A2 - 13 lei/ pcs, A3 color - 13 lei/ pcs, A3 black and white - 9 lei / pcs, color A4 - 9 lei/ pcs, black and white A4 - 7 lei/ pcs.

Approvals

The technical approval from Timis County Council for housing documentation - 42 lei, the approval of the unique detailed plan - 86 lei and approval for implantation retail structures with large surface area - 706 lei. For temporary use of public and private Timis county to conduct various activities is 15 lei/ sqm / day or 0.65 lei/ sqm / hour.

Urbanism documents

For various planning documents are collected other fees: single agreement on the construction - 44 lei, information on magnetic support for urbanism documentation - 50 lei, technical consultancy specializing in Urban and Regional Planning - 44 lei. For the release of the construction approval within 10 days after filing the application the tax increases by 20 percent.

Taxes for advertising and publicity services

Any person receiving services under various forms of advertising on public or private domain of Timis County is obliged to conclude contracts in this regard and a pay a fee of 3 percent of the value of advertising and publicity services, excluding the VAT.

Culture

The access into the art and culture institutions was also regulated.For example , at the Banat Museum were established the following fees: adults, to visit all exhibitions - 4 lei / ticket, visiting an exhibition - 2 lei/ ticket, filming in the museum - 100 lei / hour Photos in the museum - 18 lei / hour presentation of natural reserves - 60 lei / group up to 20 persons, 120 lei/ group more than 20 people, - 120 lei / hour expert researcher, 84 lei / hour .
