The National Conference of F.A.T.E. (From Army to Entrepreneurship), "The transformation of military units in entrepreneurial centers" project

On December 12, 2011, from 10:00 A.M. will take place in the meeting room of Caras - Severin County Council, the National Conference of the "transformation of military units in entrepreneurial centers" project.

The conference represents the final event of the project and will provide an overview of the process of transfer and conversion of former military areas and on the main results of the project.

The main objective of the project was the development, implementation and dissemination of concrete strategies and operational plans for strengthening and diversifying regional and urban economies by converting dismantled military areas in productive structures.

The project involved 19 partners from the following countries: Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia - Herzegovina and Croatia. The project was developed during April 2009 - December 2011, with a total budget of 2.2 million euro and Caras-Severin county's budget was of 130 000 euro.
