The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration within West University from Timisoara is in the top 700 most powerful faculties of economics and business administration in the world

For the third consecutive year, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration within West University from Timisoara is in the top 700 most powerful faculties of economics and business administration in the world. The selection was made from a list of 12 000 master degree programs in 19 domains.

In 2011, six masters of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration were awarded, being selected among the 200 best masters in the world.

In October at the School of Economics & Management, Tongji Shanghai University, China, took place the fourth edition of Eduniversal Convention composed of 1000 faculties of business from over 150 countries on all continents. The faculty from Timisoara also attended the event.

The selection of the best schools of economics and business administration is made by a scientific committee composed of 11 members, which includes 2 members of the founder organization and nine independent experts representing nine academic areas: Africa, North America, Latin America, Central Asia, Eurasia and Middle East, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Eastern Asia and Oceania.
