In Orastie has opened a new factory

The Irish-Romanian company, Green Waste Management opened in Orastie a non-hazardous waste sorting factory. The event was attended by representatives of the business community and also, local and county officials.

Thus, Orastie became the owner of the most important investment in the activity of select and recover non-hazardous waste. The municipality will be able to prove the quality of the integrated system of waste management, following the European quality standards   and offering some advantages.

First, by decreasing the amount of waste, the pollution will be reduced. Moreover, it will be reduced the necessity of raw materials in industry. Finally there will be a noticeable energy saving since recyclable waste requires less energy than natural materials.

The company management stated that he chose to invest in Orastie because the area offers an ideal environment for business development both from geographical point of view as well as of the working capital.
