Continental Timisoara buys a new land from UMT

Continental Group announced two weeks ago the intention to invest in 2012 and 2013 in Timisoara by spending 71 million euro and creating 450 new jobs.
The announcement is confirmed by the Continetal Automotive Products request to acquire a land near the tire factory, in Timisoara on Imbroane Street.
UMT SA Company decided within the general meeting of the shareholders the sale of a land, free of any construction, of 66.643 square meters to Continental Automotive Products SRL.
As announced in the General Assembly Meeting, the land's selling price was set at 3.999 million euro, plus VAT. UMT will conduct all the necessary operations for demolishing the existing buildings.
