Mociur district, a development pole for Resita
If until now, there were some investors who didn't want to open their business in "Terovei Valley" because of the Mociur district, recently, the municipality has managed to bring a serious investor.
The investment aims an area of five hectares in the "Industrial Park Mociur", where after starting the business there will be employed 450 persons, said Marius Mihaila, CEO at VeloCity.
So far, according to the representatives of the municipality, the area was leased by public auction. Some authorizations are still due to be obtained for the new location. The procedures will take around two months.
Marius Mihaila also said that VeloCity will try to fully produce the bicycles for the French company, Decatlon, in Resita.
The land was leased for 49 years and the investment will amount to 8 million euro.
