Business incubator for traditional trades in Dumbravita

Timisoara City Hall and Dumbravita City Hall initiated a project to carry out a business incubator in order to support small businesses. The project will be located in Dumbravita, near the growth pole Timisoara and aims the achievement of a structure for business support. It is oriented towards micro-enterprises with traditional productive activities and services activities.

The project is submitted for funding under Priority Axis 1, of ROP, namely the one that aims to ensure a balanced economic development.

The project includes the construction of a hall-type building, on a surface of 1146 square meters, and a ground floor+ 2 floors building of 600 square meters including spaces for: reception, services (13 companies) and offices.

The project is estimated at nearly 5 million Lei and the deadline for implementation is 16 months. The project was evaluated and is expected to sign the financing contract.
