Romanian Government adopted a series of measures to support the business environment

Romanian Government adopted yesterday, 29^th September 2010, a legislative package designed to support the business environment. Thus, according to the statements of the Prime Minister, Mr.Emil Boc, the main decisions are:

•eliminating the minimum tax from 01^st October 2010;
•reducing the level of interest due to the unpaid tax debts on time;
•not starting the execution levy if the taxpayer has a claim in progress or has a claim for reimbursement for state money;
•changing ceilings from the companies that invest and create jobs in Romania can receive state aid.

Emil Boc declared that the minimum tax will be abolished from 1^st October 2010, following the benefit tax.
