FDIs are recovering, but do not keep up with the deficit

The FDI's decrese stoped, but the incomes of 298 million euros covered less than half of the recorded in the same month.
The total investments in may 2010 is identical to may 2009. In the first 5 months, investments in 2010 are only 68% of the volume recorded in the same period of 2009, when foreign shareholders - banks and companies - had to bring money to sustain their local subsidiaries. This year, the financial sector attracted most of the FDI's, but were used mostly to cover losses, while the money left for new investments in production were insignificant.
