The plant construction works tenders were generally won by Hungarian companies. "We're good, everything goes according to plan. In early 2012 the first car will leave the factory gate" declared Mr.Frank Klein, representative of Mercedes-Benz, who has inspected the plant in Kecskemét three weeks ago.

Mr.Sorin Maxim, Director of West Regional Development Agency, declared that Romania can not dream at partnerships with Merdeces-Benz factory from Kecskemét concerning the first production process.
