Arad ring road: approved after five months

The ring road constructor obtained the authorization to start the work at Arad ring road. From now on, the works at Arad ring road can start. But this notification comes 5 months later than the tender winner companies consortium expected this authorization. This happened because of the delay of the design phase which was overdue with 5 months by the constructor. The ring road will be build by an Italian-Spanish consortium. The finishing of the ring road will not be affected by these 5 months of delay and it will be finished in time.
