The inventor of radio frequency scalpels opens a company in Hunedoara county

IC Medical, U.S.A. famous company in the production of surgical instruments and electronic specialist equipment, has signed a cooperation agreement with the company Chimica Orăştie ltd. to open a company in Orastie city.
The company's owner is the engineer Ioan Cosmescu, who was born in Orastie and established in 1983 in U.S.A., holder of 26 U.S. invention patents and 40 international patents having also other pending inventions.
The plant will become, in the next five years, the largest producer of such medical instruments in Europe, being now the first such investment developed in Europe. The products manufactured in Orastie will be sold in Europe, Asia and Africa markets.
