Almost 19 percent of West Region companies have disappeared in 2009

Statistical results show that at the end of 2009 in West Region Romania, out of 97,733 active companies 17,780 companies have been dissolved, suspended or are in insolvency. There is also a positive aspect of statistics which show that throughout the year 2009, 10,858 companies were established. Considering the main activity domain, most companies were predominantly active in retail, construction, agriculture and services.
