Timisoara, the second best city in Romania to live in
Timisoara is the second best city in Romania to live in, concludes a new top realized by "Capital" magazine. Timisoara is on the second place after Bucharest in the ranking of the most "liveable" cities in Romania. According to the same analysis, the cities of Transylvania and Banat (Center and West Romania) are generally above those in South Romania in terms of quality of life.
According to „Capital" magazine and this clasification that is at the second edition, results that Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj and Constanta dominate the ranking of the most "liveable" cities in Romania with over 100,000 inhabitants. After Bucharest and the three cities mentioned above follow Iasi, Sibiu, Brasov and Oradea. Places no 9 and 10 are dominated by Targu Mures, respectively Arad. At the bottom of this classification are cities like Baia Mare, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Piatra-Neamt, Botosani and Focsani.
To realize this top of "Best cities to live in" the experts took into account criteria in different fields and cities with over 100,000 inhabitants were selected to conduct the study.
