From Saturday, Timisoara-Arad highway will be functional
Timişoara - Arad highway will be circulated starting this Saturday. The road will be opened, most likely, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Emil Boc and the Minister of Transport, Anca Boagiu.
The highway will be open for use, but the works final reception is to be done next year, with some small touches still to be made.
Arad - Timisoara highway has a length of 32.25 kilometers and Arad ring road a length of 12.25 kilometers. The entire work cost around 500 million euro.
The access on the highway will be from Arad city, from nearby Timisoara through Giarmata, from Ortisoara -Seceani passage (county road), from Sagu - Cruceni (county road) and from Sagu - Hunedoara Timişeană (municipal road).
Also, on Saturday will be opened Arad ring road, but only on two lanes, with speed restrictions.
