The top of the most 100 profitable companies in Romania

The most profitable 100 companies in Romania gained last year 3 billion euro. The first five companies, Petrom, Orange, Romgaz, Vodafone and Transgaz had a cumulated net profit of 1 billion euro. Over 40% of it was the contribution of Petrom.
The top includes also 5 companies which are situated in the West Region of Romania, with a net profit in 2010 of:
Continental Automotive - 45.4 million euro
Enel Distributie Banat - 35.3 million euro
Contitech - 21.4 million euro
Linde Gas - 13.6 million euro
Alcatel-Lucent - 12.3 million euro
