Immediate changes to the new Labour Code

Performance evaluation criteria of personell were developed by companies after 1st of May 2011, the date of labour law changing. These criterias will be introduced in the individual work contracts. These are general provisions within each company, which will be mentioned also in the internal procedure regulation.

Any change of these performance criterias in the individual contracts will be amended only with both parties prior aproval and will resuld into an anex to the work contract (no longer then 20 days after the modifications).

The night shift salary suplements increased from 15 to 20%.

In case of fractioned holiday, the employer has now the obligation to aprove at list 10 succesive working days instead of 15 as before.

The time limited work contracts can be expanded with one year.

The trial period for new employees are expanding to 90 days for normal positions and 120 for management positions.

The number of days for final period of the contract after the decision to live the company were expanded to 20 for normal positions and 45 for management positions.

It is easyer to fire personell now but with a previous and proper evaluation performed for the employee.
