Seminar within " Managerial skills in growth poles and development and entrepreneurship for competitiveness poles" project, June 12, 2014, Timisoara

On June 12, 2014 at the City Business Centre, Building D, Room B, GEA Strategy & Consulting Bucharest will organize a seminar within the "Managerial skills in growth poles and development and entrepreneurship for competitiveness poles" project.

During the seminar will be presented the concept of social network analysis - a tool that maps commercial interactions, exchange of knowledge and ideas that take place within the organization, indicating the utilization of the cluster's potential. Will be discussed various clusters benchmarking reports, recommending best practices and observe their evolution in time.

Also, funding opportunities for organizations in the cluster for the next programming period 2014-2020 will be presented.
