In Timisoara there will be built a business center with a 17 million Euro funding
Timis County Council won a European project amounting to 76.3 million Lei (about 17 million Euro), of which about 30 million Lei (6.7 million Euro) represents the grant.
The project is funded by Regio, The Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, under Priority Axis 1. -'' Support the sustainable development of urban-growth poles ", Key Area of Intervention 1.1 - integrated urban development plans'' ','' subdomain growth poles". The duration of the project implementation is 31 months and for execution of the work are provided 24 months.
The investment focuses on creating an modern building and a business structure to support companies working in ICT in the western region. By locate approximately 40 small and medium- siezed enterprises within the business support structure, it is estimated the creation of 320 jobs.
