Swoboda buys a mechatronic component supplier in Romania

KG Swoboda company located in Wiggensbach (Allgäu) took over all the activities of NEWTEC Innovation Ltd company in Timisoara / Romania.

SC NEWTEC Innovation Ltd manufactures a wide range of electromechanical components such as connectors and carcases for electronic components primarily for clients in the automotive industry. Swoboda is an automotive industry supplier with a wide range of technologies and many years of experience in the manufacture of metal-plastic components and composite components, mainly for large series production.

The location in Romania will be integrated into the existing structure of the Swoboda group and will continue under the same name.
