Resita owns an Industrial Park
The new industrial park in Resita, Industrial Park Valea Terovei, has been
inaugurated on Wednesday. With an area of 26.2 hectares, the
park belongs to City Council Resita.
It is divided in several sections,
with access roads between them. The whole area is equipped with facilities for
economic activities: water, sewerage, gas, electricity, telephone, Internet,
including network of roads and a bridge over the brook Ţerova for access to
national road 58 and 58B - roads connecting Resita
to Caransebes, Timisoara
and Anina.
The value of the project is 12
million euro. Money for realizing this park came from Romanian Government and
from EU funds. The leasing price is 1.8 euro/sqm, interested investors may
lease the parcels.
