Romania entered the top ten most attractive investment markets for wind farms

Ernst & Young's index places Romania on the same place with Poland and Ireland regarding wind energy market attractiveness, and very close to countries like Sweden, France and Italy. On the first position has remained China.

From Central and Eastern Europe, Poland came ten, tied with Romania on attractiveness for investment in wind farms energy sector, Greece 26, Turkey 29, Ukraine 32, 33 Bulgaria, Hungary and Czech Republic 38.

According to the general index, which includes scores for all energy sources, wind, solar, geothermal and biomass, Romania maintained on the 13th place in the world, ahead of Poland and after Australia and Spain (both on 11).

Ernst & Young analyzes quarterly the 40 most attractive countries in the world regarding renewable energy, infrastructure and compatibility with individual technologies.
