Romania was in August the fourth annual increase in industrial production in the EU

Romania was in August the fourth annual increase in industrial production in the European Union, over the same month last year, 7.7%, while the European average was 4.3%, according to data provided by Eurostat. Compared to July, the industrial production in Romania amounted with 1.9% being the seventh increase in the EU. The communitarian average was 0.9%.
Increases higher than Romania had: Estonia (22%), Ireland (10.1%) and Germany (7.8%). After Romania was Lithuania (6.6%). Among the countries that provided data, 17 increased and 5 decreased according to Mediafax.
