Advisory Committee Meeting for the Development of SMEs dated 30^th of June 2010


On 30^th of June 2010 was held at the Agency for Implementation of Projects and Programs for SMEs in Bucharest, the ordinary meeting of the Consultative Committee for Development of SMEs, representing the second meeting for the year 2010.
The opening was addressed by Mr. Cristian Haiduc, President of the Agency for Implementation of Projects and Programs for SMEs, which firstly thanked the participants for their presence, then presented the agenda of the meeting, mainly focused on the information and the launching of the debate regarding 2009-2013 Government Strategy.

The addressed agenda was:

1. „EU Strategy 2020 "

2. Government strategy for SME sector development in the period 2009 -2013 and Action Plan

3. Draft of Government Decision regarding the stimulation of establishment and development of micro-enterprises belonging to stimulate young entrepreneurs, early-stage businessmen

4. Introduction of current stage of implementation of Structural Funds Priority Axis I POS-CCE

5. Measures to support and develop partnerships between vocational and technical schools and SMEs to prepare a qualified and competitive workforce on Romania labor market

6. Training programs for managers of SMEs

7. Development of new occupational standards required by SMEs

8. Facilities and measures to support companies that employ unemployed persons

9. Discussion on the proposal of partnership between the National Heritage Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment for the support and stimulation of SMEs from cultural and creative industries.
